Territory Sales Manager Job Description:
Build Relationships, Not Merely Sales.
Job Deion:
Experienced sales professional needed to source and recruit new clients, manage, and grow relationships with clients. Rotating 4 day work week (Mon-Thurs, Tues-Fri), with 3 weeks paid vacation each year after 12 months!
Locations include, but are not limited to: Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Anthem, Tempe, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self motivated, and have reliable transportation, and a cell phone.
This position allows for flexible schedule, but will need to be reachable for clients by phone at all times. Pay is commission based with residual pay as well, with possibility of promotion and transfer to other locations.
Job duties are as follows, but are not limited to:
Recruit, and sign up new customers for monthly service contracts.
Sell both New and Used Fitness Equipment, supplies, and more.
Build and Maintain relationships with clients.
Initiate work orders for repairs.
Offer special incentives, sales, and new programs to maximize relationships.
Maintain appearance both physical and clothing wise as business casual attire is required. ( No Sunglasses )
Have Business cards and information available to clients at all times.
Handle client issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Be capable of handling and communicating detailed product knowledge.
Education/Experience:
Minimum 2 years sales experience.
Cold calling (In Person) experience preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
Health and Fitness industry experience preferred but not required.
Compensation is commission with residual salary and vehicle allowance.
